In all of the craziness of the holidaze starting right after our return from Seattle last month, I never emailed you and thanked you for finding the Enfamil, delivery of the stuff, etc. Your service really made it great for us to be able to enjoy family and not be frantically running around trying to get everything organized for the kiddo's. I am writing to thank you for your service last weekend with the rental of a convertible car seat. You were extremely nice and helpful and I would definitely recommend you to anyone with a similar need.

As you know, we got the word pretty late that my sister forgot to bring her car seat to Seattle and I thought that I was going to have to pick them up from the airport without one. But when you heard that we didn't have a seat, you quickly changed your plan and dropped it off in Ballard before we left for the airport. I was very impressed with your thoughtfulness and response. You seem genuinely concerned with child safety and comfort and not just in making a buck. It was much appreciated.

Just wanted to say thanks for such great service. All the equipment was in great shape. We appreciated the manuals being left for the items and the prompt delivery was an added bonus. Everything was all set up and ready to go when we set foot in the house.

Since this was our first trip for our daughter and for us with a baby, your service made it sooo much easier on us. We weren't lugging extra stuff around the airports and it really made our daughter feel at homeaway from home. She had so much fun with the toys that you brought and the crib really helped her maintain her sleeping schedule.

Thank you for everything! Drew adored jumping in the Jumperoo and we simply had to buy racecars upon returning home as he was obsessed with the racecar you placed in the (toys) basket.
