Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions

• Minimum order is $45.00 for destinations under 30 miles round trip.
• Minimum order is $55.00 for destinations 30 - 40 miles round trip.
• Minimum order is $65.00 for destinations 40 + miles round trip
• Minimum order is $100.00 if it require a ferry ride.
• Large orders 10 items or more may incure an extra prep fee.
• Self pick-up is available. There is a $10.00 prep fee for all orders under $45.00 or 5 or more items rented. Our self pick-Up location is provided after the order is confirmed. Our pick-up shed is located in the north end of Seattle zip code is 98155.
• Delivery fees start at $45.00 and are based on the delivery address zip code. Please see our current delivery charges (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
• Airport deliveries and pick-ups are $40.00 each. Deliveries before 9am or after 9 pm and deliveries during high traffic hours of 4-7 pm will incur an additional $15.00 fee. We do not go into the airport.
• Airport meeting locations are at either the cell phone waiting area or outside the terminal building at the pickup/drop off driveways. For customers renting a vehicle we will arrange to meet you at the car SeaTac centralized car rental faclity.
• Payment is accepted by credit card only.
• Payment is paid in full at the time of order confirmation.
• Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations done within 48 hours of rental will be charged 50% of the order.
• Short notice fee of $15.00 for orders confirmed within 24 hours of delivery.
• Deliveries requested during rush hour traffic may have a surcharge of $15.00. This is anything from 3 pm - 7 pm Monday - Friday.
• There is no eating or drinking in our car seats other than water.
• Items left with excessive cleaning needs with incur a $40 extra cleaning fee. Please return the equipment in a clean state without food or drink residue. You do not need to launder bedding. We will launder and sanitize the equipment.
